The Velox series was created with an inbuilt ring-shaped magnet that connects to the magnet embedded into the internal engineering of iPhone 12 and 13 models. There isn't a metal plate kit included.

The magnets will be strong enough to pass through the material of extremely thin cases, however for best results, we recommend use with a MagSafe Case, as the magnetic hold will be weaker in a non-MagSafe case.
